MERLE HAGGARD

www. merlehaggard .com

The word “legend” usually makes an appearance at some point

when discussing Merle Haggard. It's a tribute to his incredible commercial success

as well as to the lasting mark he has made not only on country music but on

American music as a whole. The list of hits and recognized music titles

include his first single “Sing a Sad Song” in 1962 and did not stop until 1987

when he recorded “Twinkle Twinkle Lucky Star”. Along the way Merle recorded

tunes such as “Poncho and Lefty” as well as hurtful numbers

like “Sing Me Back Home” and “Hungry Eyes” In the mid nineties the media again

found this long ignored artist when he released the box set of “Down Every Road”

as well as an album of new music. His status as a living legend took

hold about then and only continues to grow.

FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 17th

BRYAN WHITE

www.bryanwhite.com

Bryan White burst on to the Country Music scene in the mid 90's with a voice

and a sound that seemed before it's time. Winning numerous awards including

a Grammy, CMA Horizon Award, and a CMA Top Male Vocalist award

among them. As a song writer Bryan's credits include recordings by LeAnn Rimes,

Joe Diffie, Sawyer Brown, Lila McCann, and Diamond RIO. Joining forces

with Shania Twain to record her “Come on Over” c.d. still ranks as the number

one selling female country music album time.

Bryan 's recently release Dustbowl Dreams is his eighth studio album in store now.

8:00PM

All Seat $20

(ADVANCE CONCERT TICKET PURCHASE INCLUDES GATE ADMISSION)

SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 18th

JOHN D. HALE BAND

www.johndhaleband.com

If you were to ask The John D. Hale Band to describe their music they would

say simply “it's country”. Blending together bluegrass, country, Americana,

and southern rock they have crafted their own edgy and raucous sound.

Their debut album “One of a Kind” enjoyed widespread airplay on XM radio

and that included Europe and Australia . The groundswell of support prompted

JDHB to return to the studio and in 2008 they released “Lost”. Their success

throughout the Midwest included working the Texas Country Music scene with their

chart single “Heartbreaker”. The John D. Hale Band sets up shop on the

family ranch in Jackson Missouri to practice and work on the sound and subject

matter of their music. Featuring John D. Hale, Chris Brotherton, Cody Phillips

and Ryne Jackson they put on a show that is an energetic and rowdy showcase

of great American music.
